The hills are alive...

'The hills are alive’ in this year’s holiday home tour!  Join us to usher in the holiday season with a neighborhood tradition 28 years in the making – the Ainsworth Holiday Home Tour.  Your heart will sing as you tour five lovely homes across the southwest hills, while benefiting the children of Ainsworth Elementary School.

Custom Colonial

Every inch of this 1997 Colonial has been customized to cater to the tastes of the owners.  The layout maximizes stunning views of the Willamette River; the interior design showcases an equally stunning collection of artwork and furnishings.

Sumptuous Arts and Crafts

Step back in time when you enter this magnificent 1910 Portland Heights home.  The “high style” Arts and Crafts residence has earned a place on the National Register of Historic Places due to the beautifully preserved condition, as well as the significance of its original owner and the renown of the home’s architect.  A rare glimpse inside a Portland gem.

Updated Portland Grandeur

This grand home anchoring a corner lot in the heart of Portland Heights was designed by a furniture craftsman, who utilized myrtle, birch and mahogany throughout the home.  The classic Colonial Revivial and Craftsman style house has been lovingly expanded and updated over the last century.

New-Millenium Craftsman

Built in 2009, this 6,000 square foot residence looks like a well-preserved gem from a century past, making it a perfect architectural fit in Portland Heights.  Modern construction combines with exquisite features commonly found in older houses, offering the best of both worlds.

Historic King's Hill Tudor

Built in 1911, this striking residence is one of the earliest examples of Tudor style in the King's Hill Historic District.  Inside, you will find a host of modern amenities, including a sauna, bar/theater room, and outdoor pool and kitchen.
